ADMISSION NOTICE
Please read the notice carefully for admission procedure & follow strictly the days and timings given for
3rd Government Special Merit List admissions
1) Those whose names have come in the Second Allotment of Government List on the 22nd of September, 2021 and are allotted St. Francis Jr. College will have to First proceed to Admission tab on the Government Site. Then you will upload the required documents on the government site. After having done this the student along with a parent should visit college on 27th & 28th September, 2021 between 10 AM to 12 noon to pay the fees in CASH.
Mathematics (Commerce Stream) seats are limited and students those who have scored 85% plus marks in Mathematics are eligible for the same.
2) Submit the following required documents at the time of college form filling:
| I) Online Government Registration Form Part I & II |
| II) 2 Passport size photos of Student |
| III) Original School Leaving Certificate |
| IV) Original Mark sheet for verification |
| V) Mark Sheet, School Leaving Certificate, Aadhar Card (Xerox 2 copies each) |
